Mark Wood is a 1985 Graduate of the University of Georgia’s school of business; where he earned his BBA in Finance. Mark received his Real Property Appraiser Certification in 1992. As one of the first State Certified Appraisers in Georgia, Mr. Wood has a wide range of appraisal experience including new construction, land, renovations, estates, multi-family and commercial. Mark also holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license and a Georgia Residential Contractor’s license. Mark has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate and construction.
