Once we are contacted either by phone, email, or online ordering, we will make immediate contact with the client in order to give an exact price for the appraisal report, and to schedule an appointment to view the property. We will establish a date and time, we will confirm access to the property.

Day of appointment:
On the day of the appointment, we will be there on time to inspect the property, take any necessary photos, measure and sketch the floor plan if required, and do research on any nearby properties which may be included in the report. If any further information is required from the client, we will discuss it at the time of the appointment. Additional information may be emailed or faxed to our office.

The Report:
Pre the client’s request, the report can be delivered via email, fax, Fed Ex. courier, or hand delivered.
