Due to many variables in appraising real estate, we prefer to publish a price range.

A standard report will fall within the range listed:

  • 1004 SFR (non-complex, under $750,000)      $395.00
  • 1004 SFR(complex/over $750,000)                   $500.00 -$1200.00
  • 1073 Condo/PUD                                                           $395 – $600
  • 2055 Exterior Only                                                        $250 – $300
  • Land Only                                                                           $250 – $750

Appraisal Fees may increase with complexity. Call for a free quote.
